"Mats arrived, no doubt about it"
Got my mats and they’re totally fine, exactly what I needed. Shipping was a little slow, but there is absolutely no question they showed up in good shape and the order was solid overall.

My order showed up fine in the end, so no big issue there. The tracking just wasn’t great. I kept doing that thing where you check once, see no update, and assume it’s probably stuck somewhere, even though it wasn’t. It took a few tries before anything actually changed, which made the whole thing feel a little unclear. Not a bad experience, just average.

I was mainly looking for floor mats, and those were actually in stock like the site said, so that part went smoothly. There was one other thing I wanted that was backordered, but at least they made that clear before I got to checkout. If you’re ordering something common, it seems straightforward. Overall, I’d say it was a good experience.

I ordered these floor mats for my car and they mostly fit okay, but one side was a little off and didn’t line up as cleanly as I expected. They’re still usable, so I’m keeping them, but for the price I thought the fit would be more exact. Also, the repeated verification during the ordering process was annoying — felt like I had to prove I was a real person way too many times just to buy floor mats.

"Wrong mats sent for my truck"
I ordered floor mats for my 2018 F-150 and made sure the fitment was right before buying. When the box showed up, they were clearly for a different cab size and didn’t line up with my truck at all.

Customer service told me I could return them, but then I had to send photos and wait around for a response like this was somehow my problem to fix. At this point, I’d expect some kind of compensation for the hassle, not just a basic return process. Frustrating, and I don’t see myself ordering from them again

"I figured these guys would have..."
I figured these guys would have a better lineup for my truck, but the selection was weak. Half the stuff I clicked didn’t even fit my model, and the rest was just the same basic whatever options. Prices looked fine, I guess, but that doesn’t help much when I can’t find what I actually need. Wasted a bit of time poking around before I finally bailed and checked other sites.

"Slow replies and not very reassuring"
I had to reach out to customer service about my order, getting a straight answer took way longer than it should have. I sent a message, waited around, and then had to follow up again because I still hadn’t heard anything useful.
Once I had already paid, it kind of felt like they weren’t as interested in helping anymore, which made me a bit distrustful. When they finally replied, the response was short and didn’t really solve much, so even if the product turns out fine, the support experience left me frustrated.
